The Xiaomi 17 Ultra delivers flagship performance with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Its 6.9-inch Xiaomi HyperRGB LTPO AMOLED display features a smooth 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 12-bit colour depth and up to 3,500 nits peak brightness.

Developed in collaboration with Leica, the advanced triple camera system features a 50MP 1-inch main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera and a 200MP telephoto camera with a 75–100mm mechanical optical zoom. The Leica Summilux optical system, LOFIC HDR technology and Xiaomi's advanced imaging features provide detailed photos across a wide range of lighting conditions.

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is equipped with a 6,000mAh Xiaomi Surge Battery, supporting 90W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge.
